The Whole Health Program is a one-on-one intensive program over the course of 5 months where you will gain the tools to improve your well being.

You will learn to eat food that nourishes you. You will learn how to manage your stress. You will learn to create a night time routine that helps you sleep better. The focus is not just on your health but finding ways to move your body that make you smile. You learn to connect to work that is fulfilling.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, learning from top experts like Dr. Marion Nestle, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Dr. Andrew Weil. I discovered that wellness is more than just diet; it involves healthy habits, enjoyable work, physical activity that makes us happy, and stress management.

Like many women, I was working long hours in my ad agency job. I was exhausted and my busy days turned into burnout that kept me from taking care of myself. Too often chose junk food over nutritious meals. I neglected my health and ignored my gut feelings. It took three back injuries in two months for me to realize I needed to prioritize my well-being over my job.

I decided to care less about others' opinions and started making small changes, like taking wellness breaks and practicing breathing exercises. Now, I eat healthier and listen to my body's needs. I've improved my sleep and found a way to move that works for me.

Taking care of yourself is a choice, and with focus and motivation, you can feel better too. I'm here to listen to your story and guide you in making small changes for a big impact on your health.
